AT 12:15AM ON 3/15/2020 Two men came to Dan and I to infom us of a man standing down by the showers and the rental area down by Mambos trying to lure them onto the beach and being very creepy about it. He kept it up for like five mins and the the guys just walked away and the guy started to follow them and then took off to the beach. They were nervious about this because they were here with a girls solftball team. I told them I would keep and I out but with out a good idea of who I am looking for I really couldnt do much about it but if they saw him again call the number on the back of the key card and tell them to send me asap. We were doing our Rounds and double checking Mambos and at 1:00am I over heard 3 people at the fire pits talking about a creepy guy. So i asked for their story and they said he was stalking their cars and looking into car windows. He was also coming up to the one guys wife all weird. So I told them the same thing to call if they see him. I got the call at 1:25am He was in surf side lot again. Dan and I saw him in between the cars again so as soon as he saw us he was trying to get away. I asked him what he was doing and if he was staying here and he got all mad and said he didnt have to tell me. I told him yes he did. Do he just pulled out his room packet that said 619. I asked him if he knew people were complaining about him and he said yeah i know. You can go away now. So that is when I knew His behavior was off and I called for CBPD. Dan and I just kept him contained away from people and from getting out on the beach. he ended up running back to his room after a good 10 min game.

I noticed a flashing light by room 726 so I went around the back of the loft to see if there were more people back there. So I let him go and I watch him from a distance and radio the desk asking if those rooms have anyone in them because something isn't right. Turns out they are empty so I have Camilla call CBPD and follow him from a distance and meet the cops on park side and the guy decides to duck in guest laundry where CBPD get him.

Got a call around 11:45pm from the front desk about a fight happening in room 324. Both Dee and Kevin responded to the call. You could hear the yelling and screaming from the couple. Upon arriving there was a white lady ( Michelle Massuccio) was up in the gentleman's face (Shaun R. Guzaski) screaming " fuck you mutherfucker!" " Your not going to do this to me anymore." " I'm not going to take this shit from you anymore!" Both officers Dee and Kevin saw the lady ( Michelle) hit Shaun in the face with a ice bucket. Dee got in between Michelle and Shaun trying to de-escalate the situation. Michelle was screaming at people walking by at the top of her lungs. The cops was called. Shaun was being really rude and aggressive with officer Kevin. Officer Kevin was trying to reason with Shaun but could not due to the fact that both parties was strongly intoxicated. Shaun then started tobrant about how we was accusing him of being a woman beater, when he stated himself that he has hit Michelle before. The cops arrived and Dee had both parties treapass from the property. Both parties was given the opportunity I to retrieve their items from the room. The guest waited outside for a UBER to pick them up. The room was checked and blocked off. Mr. Shaun begins to ramble off stated he doesn't want to get charge a damage for the room. I talked to the person named Ceasar and he told me he was allowed to be here and walked away.
